Unijobs are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work within the University of Limerick. This role is for a duration of 2 months initially. The working week consists of 35 hours. The rate of pay is €16.37 per hour. We are seeking a candidate with suitable experience within an office-based setting to provide high quality administrative support for all activities within the department. Working as part of an administrative team you will contribute to the overall efficient administrative process. Key Accountabilities: Provide organisational and implementation support to aid the PDMT Director, PDMT Coordination Team at UL and Course Board Provide administrative support to the PDMT project team in terms of the project management Contribute to the priorities set out by the PDMT Director Liaise between the project team and the relevant UL units, PDMT partner higher education institutions (HEIs), IoTs and education centres for the duration of the project Input, manipulate and analyse data as required Manage elements of the PDMT project to clear deadlines Essential Requirements: Functional/Work-based Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organisational and administrative skills. • Expert competence in a wide variety of Office applications including MS Office, MS Excel, Agresso and other specialist software Experience • Relevant work experience (minimum of 2 years) in office administration, including the development and implementation of tasks and resource management • Suitable experience in communications or marketing. Qualifications Irish Leaving Certificate or equivalent Desirable Criteria • Third level qualification (level 8 or above). • Experience working in the education sector previously. • Experience taking minutes of meetings Unijobs DAC is an equal opportunities employer.
